If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to the Our State Store within 60 days for credit to your card. Please call first to let us know that an item is being shipped back. IF the item is damaged, defective, or NOT the item you ordered, the shipping charge will also be refunded. However, if the item is returned for any other reason, the SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
