The North Carolina Museum of Art will transform into a dazzling display of color this month. Fifty local and regional floral designers, shop owners, garden club members, and hobbyists will display blossoming arrangements that will offer new interpretations of the museum’s artwork. Last year, Vanessa and Marc Smith of Raleigh artfully used lily grass, eucalyptus, monstera, succulents, and other extraordinary greenery in their botanical take on Aaron Douglas’s 1931 painting Harriet Tubman. Celebrate our state’s creators at this sixth annual event
