The Appalachian Food and Farms Festival, known as “Good Fields,” brings attention to the rich food and farming culture in the High Country. Hosted at historic Shipley Farms, the evening will feature dishes created by 12 North Carolina chefs that honor the region’s farming history and cultural heritage. Dishes prepared will also include products from Shipley Farms. While sampling locally sourced food in this scenic setting guests will enjoy live music and meet local chefs and farmers as well.
