Downtown Highlands will be filled with live music, craftspeople, artists, demonstrations, and more during this event. Musical performances will feature genres from bluegrass to jazz, and artists will be showing work in photography, painting, jewelry, and much more. The day concludes with a concert at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park at 6 p.m.
