This year, the Orchard at Altapass will be hosting the inaugural Pipes on the Parkway event to celebrate and honor the Scots-Irish heritage of the Appalachians. The day will begin with a noon bagpipe performance and will also include woodworking, historical exhibitions, and donations to Neighbors Feeding Neighbors, a local community food bank.
