Attend the opening reception of “Rebirth: Art by Survivors of Domestic Violence” at the Welborn Gallery from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 7. Tune into artist talks, poetry readings by curator Elizabeth Foley, presentations about domestic violence awareness, and meet participating artists. Through powerful paintings, sculptures, and mixed media works, this exhibition celebrates survival, healing, and hope. A portion of all art sales will support Yadkin Valley Economic Development District’s domestic violence programs. This exhibit will be on display through May 2, 2025.
