Blue Ridge Artisans Show and Sale — Closing Weekend • Marion • December 23-24

This free event will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, and features the work of McDowell County artisans exhibiting pottery, woodworking, basketry, jewelry, textile arts, and other fine crafts.

Uptown’s Romare Bearden Park is transformed into a quaint, European-inspired Christmas Market featuring heirloom-quality Christmas ornaments from Europe and gifts from Ecuador, Turkey, and Nepal.
