Liberty Mountain: The Revolutionary Drama • Kings Mountain • June 29-30, July 1, 4, 6-8, 13-15, 20-22

This drama, which depicts the events that led to the Battle of Kings Mountain in 1780, will feature action, music, battles, and special effects at the Joy Performance Center.

The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial on the Battleship • Wilmington • July 1, 4, 6-8, 13-15

In this play, adapted from a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, a young lieutenant relieves his captain of command during a typhoon. Shows will be held on the USS North Carolina on weekends, and there will be a special show on the Fourth of July. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
