3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Registration and Welcome Reception, Olmsted Room and Inn Gallery, featuring seasonal entertainment. Dinner at Leisure

 

Saturday, November 15, 2025

7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast in The Dining Room

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Holiday Floral Design Demonstration, Vanderbilt Room

10:30 a.m. – Shuttle departs The Inn to Tutankhamun: His Tomb & His Treasures Exhibit at Amherst at Deerpark

11:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m. – Daytime reserved admission to Tutankhamun: His Tomb & His Treasures Exhibit at Amherst at Deerpark

  • Return shuttle to The Inn will depart Amherst at and 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.
  • Guests wishing to travel to Biltmore House may ride the Inn Shuttle departing Amherst at 12:15 p.m.

This shuttle is not private.

12:30 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. – Afternoon at leisure

3:45 p.m. – Meet in the Lobby for Premium Property Tour

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Premium Property Tour

  • An expert-guided bus tour of Biltmore Estate focusing on the ongoing legacy of George Vanderbilt and landscape architect Fredrick Law Olmsted. The tour will end at Biltmore House.

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Candlelight Christmas Evenings Self-Guided Visit of Biltmore House with Audio Guide

7:00 p.m. – Shuttle departs Biltmore House to The Inn

7:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Pre-Dinner Reception, The Inn Gallery

8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. – Three-Course Plated Dinner in the Vanderbilt Room featuring a Cello and Guitar Duo
