Join Sam Jones BBQ and Our State for a hands-on barbecue class. Learn everything you need to create authentic barbecue at home, from preparation to smoking to serving. The Sam Jones team will provide expert tips and recipes as they walk you through preparing everything from traditional chopped whole hog barbecue to ribs, turkey, and sides. They will also share ideas for building your own backyard smoker.

Enjoy breakfast before the workshop begins, and savor the dishes you helped prepare for lunch.

Ticket includes lessons, breakfast and lunch, and a swag bag with recipes and other goodies from Sam Jones BBQ and Our State.
