When will my subscription begin?

Your order will be processed by OUR STATE Magazine immediately. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service using their periodicals mail service. Your first issue should arrive within 6-8 weeks of receipt of your order. If you have not received your first issue within eight weeks please notify our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or email us at circulation@ourstate.com.

When does my subscription expire?

Check your magazine address label. On the line above your name you will find the expiration date (the last issue date) of your current subscription. The sample label below shows an end date of December 2005.

I will be moving soon. How do I change my address?

Whether your move is permanent or seasonal we need to know your whereabouts so your magazine can follow you. Please notify our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 or complete our online form.

How can I get individual copies of current or past issues?

We do have a limited number of current and previously published issues available for sale through our circulation department. The cost, including postage, is $6 per copy. Please contact us to check availability at 1-800-948-1409 or email us at circulation@ourstate.com.

How can I stop getting duplicate copies of OUR STATE?

If you are getting two copies of the same issue please notify us. We will need the account numbers from both magazine labels as well as your name and address as they appear on the labels. Please notify our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 or email us at circulation@ourstate.com.

What should I do if my issue arrives late, damaged or not at all?

Simply notify our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 or email us at circulation@ourstate.com. Let us know which issue is in question and where to send a replacement. We'll send a replacement if supplies permit, or extend your subscription an additional issue.

I've paid for my subscription, but bills keep coming. What should I do?

If you receive one bill after you have paid, please disregard it. Sometimes a bill will go out just before a payment is processed. If you receive a second bill, we suggest you contact our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 or email us at circulation@ourstate.com to clear up the matter.

Why do I see the current issue on newsstands before my own copy arrives in my mailbox?

You should receive your personal copy before the issue hits the newsstands. However, delivery times for magazines via the U.S. Postal Service are beyond our control. If you are experiencing chronic slow delivery please notify our circulation department at 1-800-948-1409 or email us at circulation@ourstate.com.
