The banjo player for the internationally renowned Kruger Brothers finds harmony in the hills. There’s nowhere else he’d rather be.
Originally from Switzerland, Kruger is one third of The Kruger Brothers. He composed the Appalachian Concerto, winner of the Steve Martin Prize for Excellence in Banjo and Bluegrass (2013). He is an inductee into the Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame (2011) and lives with his family in Wilkes County.
