Ken Tutterow’s Homemade Ice Cream

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (we use Eagle Brand)
  • 1 large package instant pudding (vary flavor to make different flavors)
    For example, use butter pecan pudding for butter pecan ice cream
  • optional: mashed fruit to flavor – strawberry, peach, banana, etc.
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • almond extract to taste
  • whole milk to fill freezer

Mix all ingredients, except whole milk in a blender. Blend well and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill freezer and freeze according to freezer directions.
