Ken Tutterow’s Homemade Ice Cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (we use Eagle Brand)
- 1 large package instant pudding (vary flavor to make different flavors)
For example, use butter pecan pudding for butter pecan ice cream
- optional: mashed fruit to flavor – strawberry, peach, banana, etc.
- vanilla extract to taste
- almond extract to taste
- whole milk to fill freezer
Mix all ingredients, except whole milk in a blender. Blend well and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill freezer and freeze according to freezer directions.
