- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sifted flour
- 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 325°. Melt butter in a pan on low heat. Add sugar and mix together. Add eggs followed by flour. Mix in chocolate and vanilla.
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes. Good with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
