What you need
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 pound ground/bulk sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups cheddar/mozzarella shredded cheese
How to prepare
Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust into a 9×13 greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking, brown sausage and drain off the grease. Top the semi-baked pizza crust with the sausage. Whisk together 8 eggs and pour over the sausage. Sprinkle the top with cheese.
Return the dish to the oven and bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
