We asked our recipe developer, Wendy Perry, to create five quintessential North Carolina cakes. So, she rounded up a few of our food traditions – Krispy Kreme, country ham, pimento cheese, Nabs, and Pepsi – and created five new cakes with that old Carolina soul.
