Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice with mixer. Add 3 egg yolks one at a time. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into crust, and bake at 350º for about 25-30 minutes. Cool and add topping.

Topping:

  • ½ pint sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Mix together and spread over top of pie. Bake at 350º 4-5 minutes. Chill before serving.
