Makes 1 loaf
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a large loaf pan (9″x5″x3″) and cover bottom with wax paper. Cream brown sugar and margarine. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Pour into pan. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Note: Sour cream may be made by adding 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar to 4 tablespoons milk.)
