Serves 4.

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined, tails and shells intact
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay or other seafood seasoning
  • lemon wedges
  • crusty bread

Preheat broiler. On a large, rimmed baking sheet, toss shrimp with butter, Worcestershire sauce, and seafood seasoning. Transfer to broiler, and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and bread.
