Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Makes 1 ball.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese and butter. Add sugars and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Mold into ball, and roll in pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with graham cracker sticks.
